Privacy Policy for PUNJAB HOMES

PUNJAB HOMES ("PUNJAB HOMERS", "we", "our", or "us") provides the PUNJAB HOMES Android application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. The App is a local real-estate discovery workspace for browsing property listings, saving favorites, arranging site-visit requests, and managing local preferences.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to the PUNJAB HOMES Android App and its property browsing, property search and filters, favorites, site-visit bookings, profile, settings, email support, and privacy features.

This Policy does not govern third-party websites, email providers, map services, image-hosting services, or other external services that you may choose to access.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences:

• Profile information you choose to enter, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Favorite property identifiers.
• Property site-visit booking records, including the selected property, location, price, date, booking reference, and status.
• Search history.
• App preferences, such as dark mode, language, and local property-alert preference.

This information is used only to provide the App's on-device features. The current App version does not operate an account system or an app backend that receives or stores these local records.

3. No Account Required

You can use the App without creating an account or signing in. The App does not require a username, password, social-media sign-in, or online profile.

4. Property Listings and Site Visits

Property listings are provided for browsing and planning. Saving a favorite or booking a site visit in the App creates a local record on your device. It does not itself create a legal agreement, reservation, payment, property transfer, financing arrangement, or ownership verification.

You should independently inspect a property and verify ownership, approvals, price, availability, dimensions, documentation, and all other relevant details before making a property decision.

5. Internet and Property Images

The App may use an internet connection to display property images hosted by Unsplash. When an image is loaded, the image host may receive standard technical information required to deliver the image, such as your IP address, device/browser information, and request time, under that provider's own policies.

PUNJAB HOMES does not use an app analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking pixel, or in-app behavioral advertising service in the current version.

6. Email Support

If you choose to contact us through your email application at info@punjabltd.pk, your email message and any information you include are handled by your chosen email provider and may be received by PUNJAB HOMES for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, ownership, or identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate verified channel.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your local App data. We do not share your locally stored favorites, bookings, profile details, search history, or settings with advertising networks or analytics providers because the App does not upload those records to an app backend.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your App data remains on your device until you change it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. You can remove favorites within the App and edit your profile at any time.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage removes locally stored information from the device, subject to your device and operating system behavior.

9. Security

The App uses Android's private app storage for its local records. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, and you should keep your device protected with its available security features.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an in-app account or backend. If you believe a child has provided information through an email inquiry, please contact us at info@punjabltd.pk.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features or information practices change. The updated version will display a revised "Last updated" date.
